Social Rehab
Social rehabilitation is defined as a social service that helps people through various supportive services, work towards the goal of reaching their full potential and live fulfilling lives. Psychosocial rehabilitation focuses on providing a strengths-based approach to help people build skills and access community resources.
Our social rehabilitation housing programs provide support and life skills training for our residents, many of whom are taking early steps in independent living. These small homes are nestled in communities throughout Sonoma County, and are managed by dedicated staff who act as guides for the residents as they make positive life changes. Our time-tested programs and support services help residents build independence by addressing educational, health, behavioral health, employment, housing, income and addiction treatment needs. Residents are empowered as individuals, while engaging in a communal atmosphere, and important life skills are learned at weekly group meetings conducted by CSN staff.
While these homes are dedicated Social Rehabilitation housing, CSN uses a social rehabilitation model in all of its homes. Learn what this means. Each program addresses particular levels of independence and ability. Please look at each program further details of what they include.
