Permanent Supportive Housing
CSN’s permanent supportive homes offer housing to residents who sustain a higher level of independence and who continue to benefit from our supportive programming. Many residents at these homes maintain jobs, schooling, volunteer and/or other commitments. In weekly group meetings facilitated by trained CSN staff, residents manage house issues and strengthen personal and interpersonal skills. Tailored one-on-one and group support are ongoing, and there is no pressure or limit on residents’ length of stay. Our adult and transitional age youth homes are located in residential communities in Sonoma County, where residents benefit from the mix of independence and communal living.
