Dutton Annex (3 beds) and Grand Avenue (5 beds) -  Permanent  living environments for people with behavioral health difficulties. These are affordable rental programs in Sonoma County that include support and minimal case management services.

A 16 room supported housing program providing permanent low-income housing to homeless adults with a mental health diagnosis. On site staff provide supportive and case management services to all 16 tenants. All tenants are part of a cooperative household at Stony Point Commons, sharing all common living spaces including kitchen, living room, dinning room and patio areas, while having a private room of their own. Weekly house meetings facilitated by the Stony Point Case Manager help tenants to discuss household issues by problem solving as a group. House meetings also provide a forum for educational groups such as Independent Living Skills, Medication Education and Communication Skills. Each tenant rent is based on 1/3 of their adjusted income including all utilities. Stony Point Commons is permanent housing and tenants are encouraged to make it their home.
